About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving product direction and delivery within the Risk Technology team. You will be responsible for leading the analysis of complex risk solutions, collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, and contributing to the development of innovative risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product direction within the Risk Technology team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex risk solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with key business partners, including Risk, Finance, and Portfolio Management teams, to capture requirements and provide technical support.
- Research and introduce new risk and technology ideas, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Work in an agile environment, contributing to high-performing results through effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets within risk measurement and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial risk management principles.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations and deliver results with minimal supervision.
