Neonatologist Position at University of Toronto

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Neonatologist to join our team at the University of Toronto. As a Staff Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and research in the Department of Paediatrics at Mount Sinai Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to newborn infants and their families in the Level 3 NICU, Mother and Baby Unit, antenatal clinic, and Neonatal Follow-up clinic.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Engage in research and scholarly activities, including publication and presentation of research findings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Requirements:
- Eligibility for an academic appointment at the University of Toronto.
- MD, MBBS, or equivalent degree.
- Specialty training in Pediatric Medicine and eligibility for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or comparable qualifications.
- Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
