We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident & Family Experience Coordinator II to join our team at Waters Edge Community. As a key member of our community, you will play a critical role in enhancing the lives of our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the resident move-in, transfer, and move-out process, ensuring a seamless experience for our residents and their families.
  • Provide social services worker counseling services as required, utilizing your expertise to support the well-being of our residents.
  • Develop and implement individual social work services and support groups to meet the unique needs of our residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to provide coaching and direction to our team, ensuring exceptional service excellence and hospitality.
Requirements:
  • Registered Social Services Worker per provincial legislation.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare, social services, or a related sector.
  • Knowledge of the Long Term Care Act & Regulations is an asset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to organize, plan, and delegate responsibilities.
