Job Title: Chef, Ethnic Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at NAMMUDE KADA INC. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
