Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior System Analyst to join our IT Support team. As a Junior System Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing world-class support to our team, troubleshooting technology issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide systems support to Assent stakeholders
  • Manage systems accounts and review accounts according to the Account Review policy
  • Monitor systems as outlined in the System Monitoring policies
  • Monitor various processes and report status
  • Assist in the development of procedural manuals and train users on automated systems
  • Ensure high-quality IT asset management
  • Administer Assent's SaaS tools contracts
  • Ensure technology systems and services procurement processes adherence
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of ISO quality management audit process within the scope of IT responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day office administration and prepare departmental records and reports
  • Work closely with the Assent security team and resolve security puzzles and issues
  • Fill in for System Analysts in their absence
  • Understand and adhere to corporate security policies and standards

Requirements

  • College Diploma/Bachelor's degree in an IT discipline
  • 2 years of experience in systems analysis, business or solution architecture, business analysis, business process reengineering, and/or process improvement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively solve problems
  • A team player with a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers, and demonstrate sound judgment/reasoning skills
  • Desirable experience with Atlassian apps, JAMF, Automox, Productiv, and Vendr
