Regional Development Director

Hadassah seeks a highly skilled and experienced Regional Development Director to facilitate fundraising, membership, and leadership development efforts within assigned regions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Managing Directors, Associate Managing Directors, and volunteer leaders to develop and implement programs, activities, and training to achieve fundraising and non-fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional annual plans in partnership with the Resource Team
- Identify opportunities for regions to support National priorities
- Oversee strategic grassroots development efforts for assigned regions/chapters
- Support Hadassah volunteers in reaching goals for regions/chapters through grassroots fundraising training
- Serve as a catalyst for new group development, reinvigorating struggling units, and identifying underserved communities
- Support region and chapter leaders to identify successors, facilitate leadership development and training, and strengthen board involvement
- Proven experience in fundraising, membership development, and leadership development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with volunteer leaders and staff
- Knowledge of Hadassah's policies and initiatives
