Regional Development Director

Hadassah seeks a highly skilled and experienced Regional Development Director to facilitate fundraising, membership, and leadership development efforts within assigned regions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Managing Directors, Associate Managing Directors, and volunteer leaders to achieve fundraising and non-fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs, activities, and training to support National priorities and region goals.
  • Oversee strategic grassroots development efforts for assigned regions and chapters.
  • Support Hadassah volunteers in reaching goals through grassroots fundraising training.
  • Serve as a catalyst for new group development, reinvigorating struggling units, and identifying underserved communities.
  • Facilitate leadership development and training for region and chapter leaders.
  • Consult with Region Presidents and Chapter leaders to resolve conflicts and address opportunities.
  • Work with Region Presidents to coordinate member outreach and engagement.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a proven track record of fundraising and community engagement, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
