Position Overview:
Brandt Group of Companies is in search of a dedicated HR Administrator to enhance our Human Resources operations.

Role Summary:
The HR Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department and recruitment initiatives. This position is responsible for providing essential administrative assistance to the HR team, which includes generating regular reports on HR metrics, preparing and modifying HR documentation, and aiding the recruitment team with various projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid background in Human Resources. A qualification in Human Resources and a CPHR designation are advantageous. Bilingual candidates fluent in French will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist HR Recruiters by managing administrative tasks to streamline their workload.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service to applicants, assist in screening processes, post job openings, and handle other administrative responsibilities as needed.
  3. Contribute to the Recruitment Needs List.
  4. Support the development and revision of job descriptions and specifications.
  5. Manage job postings and ensure Brandt's information is current on recruitment platforms and other media.
  6. Facilitate the applicant screening process by reviewing resumes, evaluating candidate suitability, conducting initial interviews, and forwarding resumes to hiring managers.
  7. Coordinate interviews, pre-interviews, and reference checks as necessary.
  8. Collaborate with recruiters to assist in extending employment offers.
  9. Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  10. Help prepare and maintain monthly recruitment reports.
  11. Stay informed about the company's organizational structure, personnel policies, and employment law regulations.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
