About the Role

ARK Society (Accessibility Renovations for Kids) is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels, including online, print, and event materials.
  • Optimize our content to engage with donors, volunteers, and trade professionals who can assist us with renovation projects for ARK recipient families.
  • Oversee content strategy and development, including recruiting and supervising social media specialists, writers, graphic designers, and photographers.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for all of ARK's activities.
  • Other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and brand development.
  • Strong analytical and people skills.
  • Ability to create and execute marketing plans.
  • Resident of Calgary or surrounding areas.
Qualifications
  • English as a primary language.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail.
