About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Otters Technologies Ltd. as a Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Lead and Manage Marketing Teams
    • Direct and evaluate the performance of marketing teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Manage Marketing Operations
    • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
    • Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and Analyze Marketing Performance
    • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
