We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at pt Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities and promote independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote a culture of patient-centered care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
- Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
- Previous experience working with clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Post-graduate professional development and FCE Trained.
