Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Originator to manage end-to-end Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) transactions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating and underwriting transactions for income-producing commercial properties, from initial contact to funding and settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and underwrite CMBS transactions for commercial properties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution
  • Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence on potential transactions
  • Prepare and present transaction proposals to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CMBS origination and underwriting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and trends
