**Job Summary:**

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front Desk Reception + Retail Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including restocking merchandise and maintaining visual displays
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

**Requirements:**

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive and memorable experience for clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
