- Assess the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare financial budgets and cost projections.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit detailed reports.
- Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team.
- Oversee the assembly of meal trays.
- Supervise the delivery of food service trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Strong client focus and service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
