Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Cavells Restaurants Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurants.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of food and service to meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
