About the Role

R. McKenzie Ent. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and ship products, ensuring that inventory levels are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders efficiently, ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including the proper use of equipment and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the logistics team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots and gloves.
