About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Technology and Operations Executive to join our team at Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC. as a Head of Technology and Operations. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the company's technology and operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the technology and operations teams, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve business goals.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring the right structure and talent to drive business success.
  • Policies and Programs: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • Event Management: Manage events, ensuring they are well-planned, executed, and meet business objectives.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews, ensuring employees are held accountable for their performance and development.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers, ensuring the best possible deals for the company.
  • Business Opportunities: Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a technology and operations role, with a track record of driving business success.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays, to attend meetings and events.
