Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology and Operations Officer to lead our technology and operational strategies at Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC.. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and organize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff members.
  • Set objectives for the organization and formulate or endorse policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Manage events and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements.
  • Evaluate business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of more than 20 individuals across various areas of responsibility.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Automation Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Asset Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset.

Work Environment
