Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations

Job Overview: The Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives.

  • Salary: $85.50 to $90.00 hourly (Negotiable) / 30 to 35 hours per week
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Start Date: Immediate availability required
Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required. The position mandates physical presence at the workplace, with no remote work options available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribute resources effectively to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and appoint senior management personnel.
  • Set strategic goals for the organization and either formulate or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate authority as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Conduct evaluations of staff performance.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 5-10 individuals.
