About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Technology and Operations Executive to join our team at Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC. as a Head of Technology and Operations. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in technology and operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate Resources: Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish Departments: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Set Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the Organization: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select Staff: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Manage Events: Manage events and ensure their successful execution.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to assess the performance of staff.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers.
  • Assess Business Opportunities: Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, and organized.
