We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Air Export Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As an Air Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking shipments, including booking, picking, and delivery of goods, as well as ensuring compliance with regulations set forth by CBSA and Transport Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Track Shipments: Book, pick, and deliver goods, track transportation, documentation, insurance, and accounting.
  • Advise Customers: Provide guidance on air and road transport procedures, international regulations, and compliance measures.
  • Obtain and Produce Information: Gather and provide relevant information from overseas, consulates, government agencies, and other sources.
  • Organize Transportation and Documentation: Work with carriers to ensure accurate and timely transportation and documentation.
  • Ensure Compliance: Familiarize yourself with regulations set forth by CBSA and Transport Canada and ensure all files are closed within established timeframes.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma: Equivalent education required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple shipments, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track and document shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
