Retail Store Supervisor

CARS BY JATIN is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail sales environment
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, initiative, and judgment
