Job Summary:

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Provide general office support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and databases

Requirements:
