Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who stays informed about the latest fashion trends and enjoys guiding teams. The role of Assistant Store Manager is designed for those who thrive in a collaborative environment.

In this position, you will assist the Store Manager in fostering a team atmosphere that encourages inclusivity and strong relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting store targets, leading the team to achieve sales and profitability goals, recruiting talent, managing performance, and providing training to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the store meets corporate objectives and key performance indicators
  • Provide leadership by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Assist in the recruitment, management, and development of high-performing team members
  • Execute merchandising strategies and maintain an inviting store environment
  • Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager

Candidate Profile:

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-centric setting
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and lead teams to achieve success
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Post-Secondary education is an asset
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
