Job Summary

As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Performance: Ensure the store achieves sales and profit goals, while maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, develop, and train a team of sales-focused associates who deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Merchandise Strategies: Implement effective merchandise strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Sales Performance: Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance.
  • Education: High School graduate or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Availability: Ability to work weekends and evenings, and be available for on-call duties.
