About the Role:

Torrid is a fashion-forward retailer that celebrates individuality and self-expression. As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and selling techniques to inspire the team.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement visual merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
  • Operate the cash register, utilizing sales and product knowledge to drive add-on sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Assume responsibility for store operations when management is absent, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading teams to success and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment, with a focus on staying up-to-date with current fashion trends.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting and bending.
  • Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other equipment.
