Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is keen on fashion trends and possesses strong leadership skills for the role of Assistant Store Manager.

In the capacity of an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager to cultivate a welcoming team atmosphere that encourages inclusivity and strong relationships. Your primary responsibilities will encompass achieving store targets, guiding the team to fulfill sales and profitability objectives, recruiting talent, managing performance, and facilitating staff training.

Daily Responsibilities (What You Will Do):

  • Ensure the store meets corporate goals and key performance indicators
  • Provide leadership by balancing company policies and operational procedures
  • Assist in the recruitment, management, and development of high-performing team members
  • Execute merchandising strategies and uphold the store environment
  • Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager

Candidate Profile (What You Will Bring):

  • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-centric setting
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and lead teams effectively
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Post-Secondary education is an advantage
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
