Position Overview

As a Human Resources Consultant at RV REMODELING LTD., you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and enhancing employee satisfaction through effective human resource management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Oversee and regulate financial plans and spending.
  • Policy Development: Design, implement, and assess human resources policies and programs.
  • Advisory Role: Provide guidance to management and staff regarding human resources policies, benefits, and collective agreements.
  • Procedure Implementation: Establish and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment plans.
  • Job Classification: Conduct research and create job descriptions, classifications, and salary structures.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate employee performance evaluations and appraisal systems.
  • Training Development: Manage and enhance training and development initiatives.
  • Benefits Research: Investigate employee benefits and health safety practices, recommending necessary changes.
  • Staff Management: Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of personnel.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years but less than 3 years in a relevant field.
