Position Overview

The successful candidate will engage in a variety of tasks that encompass administration, data management, finance, IT support, human resources, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Projects may involve:

  • Providing assistance to leadership in the planning and implementation of unique initiatives and projects.
  • Conducting research, gathering, and analyzing data pertinent to the Agency's goals and activities.
  • Summarizing findings and presenting them in concise reports.
  • Supporting the improvement of systems and the development of databases and tools.

Qualifications

Educational Background

The candidate must be a full-time student at a recognized educational institution, maintaining full-time student status and planning to return to studies in the upcoming academic term.

Experience

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential. Previous administrative experience is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
