Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Workflow Management

You will assist with scheduling and workflow management to ensure seamless operations in our pharmacy.

Inventory Management

You will be responsible for maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring that our pharmacy is well-stocked and ready to meet the needs of our customers.

Clerical Duties

You will perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.

Collection Area Maintenance

You will prepare and maintain the cleanliness of collection areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.

Supply Ordering

You will order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that our pharmacy has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.

Inventory Organization

You will organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our pharmacy is well-stocked and ready to meet the needs of our customers.

Scheduling and Confirmation

You will schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Supervision

You will work under the supervision of our pharmacy staff, taking direction and guidance as needed.

Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Personal Suitability

You will be an organized and team-oriented individual, able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Experience

You will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and procedures.

Language

You will be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Hours

You will work 35 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime as needed.
