We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee a team of accomplished financial advisors at The Toronto-Dominion Bank. As the Senior Regional Manager, Financial Planning, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, fostering business growth, mentoring team members, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives while cultivating a results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide a diverse group of Wealth Advice Specialists and Financial Advisors
- Offer mentorship regarding business operations and regulatory compliance
- Oversee relationships with strategic partners and manage financial performance
- Engage in cross-departmental initiatives
- Formulate long-term strategies and manage associated risks
- Ensure that customer interactions align with the TD brand values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years in a management role
- Professional designations: CFP, PFP, or PFPC
- Completion of CSC and other pertinent training programs
