Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute tour itineraries, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on tour performance, client feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Identify and resolve operational issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, ensuring their requirements are met and their experience is exceptional.
  • Work Coordination: Assign and review work tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
