Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Guide Supervisor to join our team at Westar Travel Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our tour guides and ensuring the smooth execution of our tours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of tour guides to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
    • Provide guidance and support to tour guides to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
  • Tour Operations
    • Assist clients with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the tour.
    • Coordinate and assign tasks to tour guides to ensure seamless execution of tours.
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus and excellent interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent work term.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
