- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused and organized, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Permanent position, 30-40 hours per week, with a focus on English language communication.
