Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2261094 Ontario Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet the demands of our customers. You will be working in a team environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
