Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2261094 Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise Staff: Train and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
