- Order Merchandise: Place and manage orders for inventory, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage schedules for sales associates, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and rotated.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Workplace Information: Hybrid work environment, 35 hours per week, permanent position.
