Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Mr Mikes Steakhouse. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment
  • Provide customer service and address customer complaints
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and wine selection
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
