Server - Food and Beverage Services

Mr Mikes Steakhouse is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
As a Server at Mr Mikes Steakhouse, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliability and punctuality.
