Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Mr Mikes Steakhouse. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment:

As a Server at Mr Mikes Steakhouse, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
