We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Shin Pangaea Enterprises Inc. as a key member of our food and beverage services team.

Job Summary:

The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Payment and Cash Handling: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Certifications: Responsible Beverage Service Certificate and Serving It Right Certificate.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
