Job Title: Metal Fabrication Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Assistant to join our team at Lolimpin Gym Equipment Ltd. in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist in the fabrication and maintenance of metal products, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, and scale from metal products.
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually.
  • Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas.
  • Polish metal products to a mirror finish.
  • Read and interpret work orders.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a dusty, hot, and noisy environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
