Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Mobile Equipment Operator. This position involves operating a loader to manage various materials effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the loader to transport and position vehicles within designated areas.
  • Facilitate the removal of vehicle rows while maintaining yard accessibility for customers.
  • Engage in the crushing of vehicles as required.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections on all machinery.
  • Oversee the maintenance and servicing of the loader and associated equipment.
  • Label vehicles for inventory management.
  • Load crushed vehicles onto delivery trucks.
  • Perform forklift operations when necessary.
  • Assist customers in transporting heavy components to their vehicles.
  • Carry out general labor tasks upon completion of loader duties, including depollution and tire rim removal.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to operate heavy machinery.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and health standards.
  • Adaptable and patient demeanor.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Responsible and careful with equipment.
  • Strong focus and concentration skills.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Possession of a valid forklift operator certification is an asset.
  • Loader operation training is considered an asset.
