Job Title: Customer Service Representative

IAA, a leading provider of loss recovery services to the auto insurance industry in Canada, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Les Cédres, QC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, processing orders and assignments, and providing support to our clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Process orders and assignments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
