Senior Solutions Architect for Enterprise Applications

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their full potential by architecting and deploying SAP solutions on leading cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy highly scalable, resilient, and secure SAP landscapes that leverage cloud-native services for optimization of performance, cost, and manageability.
  • Collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams and provide advanced technical knowledge to aligned GTM teams to unblock customer challenges.
  • Own the technical bar for specialist technical artifacts and standards, and guide and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts aligned to your customers.
  • Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of SAP solutions, cloud platforms, and software development tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing distributed applications, with a strong background in SAP solutions and cloud platforms.
  • 7+ years of management experience of technical, customer-facing resources.
  • History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and developers.
