About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Accountant II to join our growing team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing variance analysis on expenses (actual/budget/forecast).
  • Performing closing activities (accruals, prepaid, allocations of expenses, etc.).
  • Acting as a power user on any matters related to the Online Planning tool (annual maintenance, testing, documentation, and support).
  • Participating in various report production.
  • Ensuring availability of reports, full Team Employee figures, and other key information to partners.
  • Participating in cost centers and general ledger accounts maintenance.
  • Improving and documenting processes.
  • Assisting on ad hoc projects and requests.

What You Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Accounting designation (or in pursuit) or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • 2 to 3 years related experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Bilingualism (French-English).
  • No Canadian work experience required, but you must be eligible to work in Canada.
