**About the role**

**Description**:
Together, with our strong team of cybersecurity experts, you will work with state-of-the-art technologies to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and customers' data. **Requirements**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant degree in Cyber Security field
- 2-5 years of experience in IT, preferable in Security Operations Center.
- Experience in managing Endpoint Security tools such as CrowdStrike, MDE, EDR, Mobile device policy governance, Endpoint DLP, Classification, using solution such as M365 Endpoint DLP etc.
- Ability to test and deploy data detection DLP & Labeling policies to prevent data exfiltration
- Managing & Maintaining M365 DLP solution and
- Experience with false positive analysis and DLP policy refinement
- Willing to work in Hybrid model.
- Experience working in a Security Operations Centre
- Demonstrated commitment to training, self-learning and maintaining proficiency in the technical cybersecurity domain
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills **(French and English preferred)**:

- Strong analytical skills, positive attitude, team spirit and eagerness to learn
- You are analytical, pragmatic, but also able to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders from multiple teams in a customer-oriented approach.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Architects, RED team & other stakeholders to test, deploy, manage endpoint security,. and DLP policies
- Knowledge of creating custom DLP & Classification policies using RegEX patterns, Keywords and in-built rulesets etc.
- Complete research and remediation of policy violations, to include end-user management notification and the regular production of appropriate reports
- Ad hoc duties and accountabilities as directed by the Information Security Manager Special Projects.
- Assisting with the resolution of escalated issues and actively participating in problem management activities.
- As a member of the operations team participate in an on-call support rotation to ensure 24x7x365 coverage for critical core and customer infrastructure.
- Handle support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups finished in a timely manner
- Assist with gathering documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Development of metrics, reports and dashboards.

**Assets**:

- Relevant work experience in Information Technology.
- Basic knowledge of information security management principles and practices.
- Good knowledge of ethical principles while understanding business and information security ethics.
- Technical Certifications : Azure Certification - SC-100, SC-900, AZ-400, CrowdStrike etc.
- Other Security Certifications: Security+, CEH, GISP
- Experience with other endpoint security tools such as McAfee, Symantec etc.
- Nice to have experience with other DLP & Data Classification products (Palo Alto, MIP, Titus, Forcepoint, McAfee, Symantec)
- Experience with Confluence / JIRA or ServiceNow, Microsoft PowerApps - PowerBi, Power Automate etc.
