  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that the business is financially stable.
  • Staffing and Training: Determine staffing requirements and provide training and development opportunities to ensure that staff have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
