We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at GameStop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic products store.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Determine staffing requirements and schedule staff to meet business needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
