Restaurant Operations Manager

Columbine Food Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Operations Management
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, food and beverage servers, and kitchen helpers
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
